	We use only top of the line components such as: Andersen Windows®, Therma-tru doors®, Tamko Shingles® : Andersen 400 series windows and patio doors are double-paned, tilt-wash, and Low-E for optimum insulating performance.
	Homes are lagged with 3/8" x 12" lags not olylags or spikes
	Kuhns Bros. does not use chemicals to treat the interior of their homes
	We guarantee an average of 15% moisture content in writing
